Dancing with nature: an eco-sustainable residence in Monopoli

One of the first and few NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) houses in Italy, it is situated in Apulia, in Monopoli (locality of S. Stefano). Our furniture, in a spectacular combination of colours, was chosen for open-air lunches and dinners.

The private residence with nearly zero energy consumption was the outcome of an innovative bio-architecture project curated by the studio NGARCHITETTI. Natural ventilation and luminosity are ensured by panoramic windows positioned according to bioclimatic orientation, with overhangs and pergolas designed in relation to the position of the sun in order to provide shade in summer and allow warm sunlight to filter through in winter. The white hues of external surfaces reduce heating caused by solar radiation, with breathable insulating materials used for the walls.

The resulting context features luminous modern shades, coloured by the beautiful natural landscape all around. Nothing is left to chance in this project, which includes a spacious outdoor area with a pool, relaxation area and pergola, as well as materials and furniture in harmonious pale colours.

Below the pergola, a selection of Net chairs, with armrests, in fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene, and Bit chairs, without armrests, are combined with a Rio extensible table in DurelTop and coated aluminium. Chosen in the colours Bianco, Tortora and Salice, the furniture appears to be designed to perfectly match the colours of the light, shade and pool water, dancing with the surrounding environment.

Browsing data
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data, whose transmission is implicit when using Internet communication protocols.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this website is performed in breach of that which is envisaged by the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided by art. 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 of the Regulation).
